SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship within 1-2 days of being ordered…. yet shipping times may vary based on the product, day of the week and ultimately your delivery destination. We do try and process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours, depending on what shipping service you select, and should arrive between 2 to 5 business days pending where you live within Australia.
* Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be contacted via email.
* NB - You may also receive two separate delivery parcels, so don’t fret, as to bring you the best possible prices some of our products are delivered directly from our supplier, whilst some orders will be sent directly from our warehouse. You will receive notifications via email with tracking details, and estimated delivery info.
* FYI Once your order has shipped, it's no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can re-route your order to another address.

* We offer free delivery if you spend AUD$85 or more and this will show at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses covered by Australia Post’s overnight shipping network.
* Most orders will be with you within 3 to 5 business days if you select standard shipping.
* We currently ship worldwide. (Hoorah!)
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal services….. so occasionally an order may fall outside the estimated delivery window, as per Australia Post’s policy. We truly apologise should this happen, and ask for your patience ( and maybe a hug)!

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Don’t sweat it! All our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase and are tracked using our automated tracking system. You will be updated automatically every time your package is scanned into the postage system……
